Rotherfield And Brook Surgeries League Of Friends (Charities Commission
number: 802475)
A message from the Chairman:
I would like to take a few moments of your time to introduce the League of Friends to you.
It was formed in 1989, and is run by the patients of Rotherfield and Jarvis Brook Surgeries. Its primary aim is to provide better facilities and equipment for the patients of both surgeries, and so far we have bought ECG machines, Autoclaves, Dopplers, diagnostic sets and many other items of equipment.
Naturally, the committee works hard to raise the profile of the Friends, and in organising events to raise funds for better facilities and equipment. We are constantly seeking new helpers.
If you would like to help us, as a committee member, or simply to man a stall at an event, we would welcome you with open arms! Perhaps this could be a way of making new friends and becoming involved in a really worthwhile cause. If you can help, please contact me on 01892 852645, or leave your name and telephone number with the receptionist at the surgery, and she will pass it on.
If you would like to join the League of Friends and so contribute to its funds, please do pick up a form from the display unit in the waiting room of either surgery.
Thank you for your support, and we look forward to meeting you!
Andrew Fermor
(Chairman)
