The appointments lines are open from 8.00 to 11.30am and from 2.30 to 5.00pm. Please try to book your appointments during this time as we have more staff on duty to answer your calls. If you need to contact the doctor urgently you may use the appropriate emergency line: Rotherfield - 01892 852415; Brook Health Centre - 01892 652850. Please see the surgery timetable for details of opening times, including extended hours. Occasionally the doctors may be called out on an emergency during surgery times; delay is thus inevitable, and your appointment may have to be re-booked. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call us and cancel it as a wasted appointment prevents someone else from seeing the doctor. HOW DO I... REQUEST A HOME VISIT? Home visits are for patients who are too unwell to come to the surgery and for emergencies. Please consider carefully whether a request for a visit is necessary; urgent cases can always be fitted in during surgeries, and even children, if wrapped in a blanket, can often be seen quicker at surgery than if visited at home. If a visit is requested, please call the surgery before 10.00am giving clear instructions on how to find your address, and how urgently you wish the doctor to call. HOW DO I... OBTAIN TEST RESULTS? Results are delivered electronically to the surgery daily. Please do not telephone for results until after 2.00pm. |
